| Abinger Garden
Large 'puddles' of soft sandstone are laid as a contemporary crazy paving, creating a relaxed and practical space which is further softened by the naturalistic planting. Built in benches frame the space and the evergreen 'wall' in one corner hides the boundary and extends the view to the trees beyond.
This garden was planted in spring 2006 and as the planting matures the sense of enclosure will be further enhanced.
