| "I have always had a passion for plants and gardens and enjoy the variety of work that my business brings, whether it be an urban or rural setting, a large or small site, each project brings it's own challenges and excitement"
Nicola's gardens rely upon a good strong 'bone structure' that is then overlaid with abundant planting, softening the hard landscaping and bringing colour and life to the space.
Nicola has worked in the design world for more than 20 years and returned to full time education in 1998 to gain her qualifications in garden and landscape design. She then went on to work for Dan Pearson for three years before setting up her own garden and landscape design business in 2003.
Her first garden at The Chelsea Flower Show in 2004 achieved a Gold medal.
In addition to working directly with clients, Nicola also collaborates with architects and interior designers to achieve harmonious schemes that reflect and complement their designs.
On occasions where a full landscape or garden design is not required, Nicola also works in an advisory capacity, assisting architects and designers with decisions on all matters relating to landscape design and planting and with the integration between internal and external spaces.
